$5 Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

All orders typically process and ship out within 1-2 business days. Please get in touch with us by phone or E-Mail if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate.

Return & Exchange Policy

That’s Emo gladly accepts returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise accompanied by an original sales receipt and with the original tags attached. All items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. The original method of payment will be refunded (debit is refunded as cash). ALL Sale Items are final sale. Returns are shipped at the cost of the customer unless an error has been made by That’s Emo. Please contact us for the return address. 

 

There is a 1 week (7 day) return window for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned with a receipt and must be in their original packaging. The 1 week return window starts on the date of delivery. All clearance items are final sale. If you received the item as a gift and do not have the order number, the item can be returned for store credit.

 

 

Return by mail

To return an item by mail, first make sure your item qualifies for return by the guidelines listed above and please fill out the form as well. You will be responsible for paying shipping on the return. Send it to the address listed below and, if the return is approved, we will refund you the item’s original purchase price (this excludes shipping and tax) or issue store credit via email after it arrives back to us.
